Sembawang Shopping Centre - The Splash Park

Yesterday, mum brought me to Sembawang Shopping Centre. Of all the water parks that we went, I personally think the Splash Park here is among the best. The opening time of the water park is between 11am to 2pm and 5pm to 8pm.

I was excited to go because nyayi bought me a new swimsuit from Sunway Lagoon,KL. And guess what? It's in pink! My favourite colour!

The sky was gloomy and dark when we left home for SCC. Upon arrival, I was a little disappointed when mum told me that it was raining and she told me to play at the dry playground first while waiting for the rain to stop. So yeah, I had no choice, do I? But it was fun playing at the playground. I love the slide and the rock walls especially.

I really enjoyed my trip here. Usually, after a great time at the water park, mum usually brought me to the Creative Art Shop to do some art & craft. I did threw tantrum for a while but I guess mum was good at appeasing me. She brought me to this book sale at the first level of the shopping centre. Books were sold at 3 for ten bucks! As mum did not have cash with her, nyayi bought 3 books for me: books about shapes, ABC writing book and a Hellokitty colouring book.

It was kind of lonely playing at water park alone. Next time, I will persuade mum to bring either marsya, dania or even my paternal cousins here!! Just hope mum have the time to do so as her working schedules starts tomorrow. Talking about tomorrow, there goes my morning beauty sleep! Have to wake up at 6am every morning for school. But I love school. I love my classmates and teachers.

Well, maybe mum will only have weekends to help me to update my blog. Hopefully she will bring me to an interesting place every Saturday! Looking forward for every Saturday!

Happy 3rd B'day Marsya!! Isnt she pretty? Well, today is the day she turns 3. Stay cute and pretty,cuzzie! Just a short intro, Marsya is one of my closest cousin. We spent time together quite often-window shopping, swimming, movie, playing and many more! In fact I have a collection of photos of me and her ever since we were 3 mths old!

My First Fishing Trip @ Kid's Kampong

Kids Kampong

On the 17th June, my mum planned a wonderful trip to Pasir ris to visit the Kids Kampong - to catch longkang fish and also to see live farm animals which I always read about them in books. The trip was even more enjoyable with Abang Aqil, Alya and Marsya around.

Even the journey to the Kids Kampong is very deep in and the surrounding is very similar to kampong area- with rocky and uneven road and long lalangs by the road sides! It was a bit bumpy ride to Kids Kampong.

I guess the highlight of the trip was really catching the longkang fish, which my mum taught was pretty easy (ya right mum!). I had a great time running around and shouting at the fish. Well, I thought that was the best strategy to catch the fish. So, myself,marsya and Abang Aqil just tired ourselves by running after the fish BUT did not catch any fish. and the funny thing was, Alya, who is only 1 yr old, caught her first fish!!!

With help from mum and aunty mas, and of course with their funny strategy (like my mum will push all the fish to the corner while aunt Mas catch the fish). So finally, I managed to catch 2 fish.

After that, we feed the animals found there. I find the kois pretty scary. As I was about to feed them, suddenly a swarmp of them rush towards me and jumping up and down in the pool. Mum was cheeky by trying to put my hand near the kois. Of course it scared me! Imagine their teeth sinking into my cutie palm (erm, actually sucking, not biting). A really phobiatic experience.

Next, I saw swan, rabbits, hens,ducks and terrapin. Well, i feel these animals are not as pretty as those found in the books. I even saw an injured rabbit in the cage shivering.

After spending hour, we finally call it a day and send our fish to an uncle who actually took our caught fish and in exchange gave us a big packet of more fish!! I was so excited to take care of my fish! Cant wait to show it to my grandma.

Unfortunately, the next day, after transferring the fish into another big tupperware, i found out all the fish had died. I feel so bad for bringing them back. Mum felt bad too. So, the next time when we visit the place again, we are not bringing anymore fish back.

But overall, it was a fun day spent with my cousins. Meantime, enjoy the photoslide!

hello! Im back again.

Like I have promised, I would love to share with you my 2nd birthday bash that my mum, dad and nyayi had for me at my school, My Gym. Honestly, I really love the school. I love my classmates, I love my teachers and I love my friends' mums too. I think that was my best playgroup experience ever.

It was one of my best moments in the school. The teachers were so kind, loving and caring. It is really sad to know that My Gym @ Woodlands Civic Centre has closed. I hope to meet up with my friends again. At the same time, I cant wait to know what birthday plan my mum have up her sleeves for me to celebrate with my Enormous Turnip classmates! till then, I will share with you about my closest friends (eg, Marsya & Dania). I have many pictures taken with them ever since we were still babies!! Wait for the next post ok?
